Terms of Service
The terms that govern your access to and use of Sponsari, including how AI-generated work should be reviewed and your responsibilities when you reach out to prospects.
Last updated · 27 June 2026
01Agreement to these terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between Sponsari ("we", "us", "our") and the organization or individual using our platform ("you"). By accessing or using Sponsari at sponsari.ai, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
If you use Sponsari on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms, and "you" includes that organization.
02The service
Sponsari is an AI-powered platform for rights holders. It helps you identify and evaluate potential sponsors, organize related information, and prepare outreach. You review and approve the output, and Sponsari does not send communications on your behalf automatically.
Sponsari is offered as early-access software. Features may change, and parts of the service may be incomplete or evolving. We may add, modify, or discontinue features over time.
03Accounts, eligibility, and access
Access to Sponsari is provided through our team or by invitation from an organization that already has access. You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your account credentials secure.
- You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account, and for the members you invite and the access you grant them.
- You must notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account or other security breach.
04Your data and content
You retain all rights to the data and content you submit to Sponsari — including the business information and documents you upload ("Customer Data"). You grant us a limited licence to host and process Customer Data only as needed to provide the service to you, and as described in our Privacy Policy.
You represent and warrant that you have the necessary rights, permissions, and lawful bases to submit your Customer Data and to have us process it, including any personal data it contains. You are responsible for having a lawful basis for any research and outreach you carry out using Sponsari.
05Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use Sponsari for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law, including data-protection, anti-spam, and marketing laws.
- Upload content you do not have the right to use, or that infringes the rights of others.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, scrape, or attempt to extract the source code or underlying data of the platform, or circumvent its access controls or usage limits.
- Resell, sublicense, or provide the service to third parties except as expressly permitted.
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to it.
- Use the service to harass individuals or to build or enrich data sets in ways that violate the rights of the people it describes.
06AI-generated content and accuracy
Sponsari uses AI to generate research, suggestions, and drafts. AI output can be incomplete, out of date, or inaccurate.
- It is decision-support, not advice. Sponsari output does not constitute legal, financial, or professional advice, and is not a substitute for your own judgment and verification.
- You review before you act. AI output is provided as drafts for a person to review and approve. Nothing is sent automatically, and you are responsible for anything you choose to send.
- Verify the facts. You should confirm any material claim, contact detail, or figure before relying on it.
07Outreach and communications compliance
Sponsari prepares outreach drafts, but you are the sender of any communication you send. You are solely responsible for complying with all laws that apply to your outreach, including applicable data-protection and electronic-marketing laws.
This includes having a valid lawful basis to contact a recipient, providing required disclosures, honoring opt-out and unsubscribe requests, and respecting any restrictions in your own records.
08Intellectual property
The Sponsari platform, including its software, design, and trademarks, is owned by us and our licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service; they do not transfer any ownership in the platform to you.
If you send us feedback or suggestions, you grant us a perpetual, royalty-free licence to use them to improve the service, without obligation to you.
09Third-party services
Sponsari relies on third-party services — including providers for AI, data, email, and hosting — described in our Privacy Policy. If you choose to connect a third-party account to export or share content, your use of that integration is also subject to that provider's terms. We are not responsible for third-party services, and their availability is outside our control.
10Fees
Access during early access may be provided at no charge or under a separate written agreement. Where fees apply, they are set out in that agreement or an order form. We may introduce or change fees on reasonable notice; changes will not apply retroactively to a paid term already in progress.
11Confidentiality
Each party may receive non-public information from the other. The receiving party will use that information only to perform under these Terms and will protect it with reasonable care. This does not apply to information that is public, independently developed, or lawfully obtained from a third party, or that must be disclosed by law.
12Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranty as to the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI-generated output. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions, so some of these may not apply to you.
13Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sponsari and its suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed the greater of the amounts you paid us for the service in the twelve months before the claim, or one hundred euros (€100). Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
14Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sponsari from claims, damages, and reasonable costs arising out of your Customer Data, your outreach and communications, your use of the service in violation of these Terms or applicable law, or your infringement of the rights of any third party.
15Term, suspension, and termination
These Terms apply while you use Sponsari. You may stop using the service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, if required for security or legal reasons, or if we discontinue the service.
On termination, your right to use the service ends. We will handle Customer Data in line with our Privacy Policy, including providing a reasonable opportunity to export or request deletion of your data, subject to legal retention requirements. Terms that by their nature should survive — such as intellectual property, disclaimers, liability, and indemnification — will survive termination.
16Changes to the service and these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will revise the "last updated" date above and provide reasonable notice. Your continued use of Sponsari after the changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
17Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, and the courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction over any dispute — without affecting any mandatory legal protections available to you in your country of residence.
